Booking and Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment with The Colour Lair for the following services Colours, Foils, Balayage and Keratins, a Non Refundable Booking Deposit of $50 - $100 will be required to secure you appointment.  

We set a big block of time and a stylist aside just for you, so if you cancel with less than 24 hrs or simply do not show up at all, it impacts us significantly and inconveniences other clients that have been turned away because we were fully booked

 

*All new clients must pay a $100 deposit to secure an appointment 

 

*We require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. The Booking Deposit is non-refundable if you can cancel with less than 24 hours notice.

 

*If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours notice, we will allocate your Booking Deposit to another appointment date and time

 

*In order to secure your appointment, we require the deposit to be paid at the time of booking. This will be credited towards the cost of your appointment

A SMS with a link to PayPal will be sent to you that day.  If you do not have PayPal we can arrange a bank transfer 

 

• If a cancellation is made with more than 24 hours notice, the deposit is forwarded to the new appointment time.

 

• If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours noticed, a $50 deposit is forfeited as a late cancellation fee.

 

• If you simply do not show up to a booked appointment, the deposit is forfeited as a no-show fee. Depending on the circumstances, The Colour Lair reserve the right to charge up front in full for booking your future appointment.

 

 

Late arrivals

We respect your time and kindly ask that you respect ours.  If a client is 30 mins late, we may have to reschedule your appointment to another date
